Law360, Wilmington (October 26, 2011, 8:33 PM ET) -- A Delaware bankruptcy court on Wednesday approved Broadstripe LLC's disclosure statement, allowing the beleaguered cable operator to send its reorganization plan to creditors for a vote.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher S. Sontchi signed off on the disclosures at a court hearing after the company added language resolving certain concerns of the U.S. Trustee over indemnification and exculpation provisions in the plan.
The company set a Dec. 8 hearing to consider confirmation of the bankruptcy plan.
