2 More Ex-Innospec Execs Charged With Bribery In UK

Law360, New York (October 27, 2011, 1:48 PM EDT) -- The U.K.'s fraud watchdog has charged two more former executives of specialty chemicals and fuel additives maker Innospec Inc. with conspiring to bribe Indonesian officials from 2002 to 2008 to secure contracts for the company's products, the agency said Thursday.

The court appearances of former Innospec CEO Paul Jennings and Dennis Kerrison, a former CEO of Associated Octel Corp., which changed its name to Innospec Ltd., came shortly after the U.K. Serious Fraud Office charged another executive over related bribery and corruption allegations.
