LCD Screen Makers Can't Nix MetroPCS' Price-Fixing Claims

Law360, New York (October 27, 2011, 2:25 PM ET) -- A California federal judge refused Wednesday to dismiss MetroPCS Wireless Inc.'s price-fixing claims in multidistrict litigation against a slew of display-panel makers, ruling that the statute of limitations for the Illinois antitrust claims had not expired.
