Space Contractor Fights DOL Gender Pay Doc Request

Law360, Washington (October 27, 2011, 1:56 PM EDT) -- The government's primary contractor for manned space missions encouraged a Washington federal judge on Thursday to block the U.S. Department of Labor's document request in its investigation into the company's gender-based wage disparity, saying it violates due process and other requirements.
