Kraft Workers Lose Bid For Class Cert. In ERISA Row

Law360, New York (October 27, 2011, 4:41 PM ET) -- A judge on Tuesday shot down a bid for class certification by Kraft Foods Global Inc. workers who say their employer violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act by investing their 401(k) dollars into benefit funds that underperformed relative to comparable index funds.
