Harrisburg Mayor Looks To Pay Prepetition Claims

Law360, New York (October 27, 2011, 7:18 PM ET) -- The mayor of Harrisburg, Pa., who has argued that it was illegal for the city council to drag the state capital into a Chapter 9 proceeding, asked a bankruptcy court Thursday to allow the city to pay its employees and other bills.
