Yaz MDL Plaintiffs Say FDA Should See Confidential Docs

Law360, New York (October 27, 2011, 9:23 PM ET) -- The plaintiffs' steering committee in multidistrict litigation over Bayer Corp. birth control pills Yaz and Yasmin asked an Illinois federal judge Thursday for authority to present the U.S. Food and Drug Administration with confidential documents about the health risks of pills containing drospirenone.
