Law360, New York (October 31, 2011, 2:47 PM ET) -- A patent holding company suing Google Inc. and AOL LLC over Internet search technology asked a California federal court on Friday to force venture capital giant Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers to disclose sensitive details about its investments in those companies.
