MTV, CW Want 'Plain Jane' Idea Theft Claims Tossed

Law360, New York (October 31, 2011, 3:03 PM ET) -- MTV Networks and The CW Television Network asked a California federal judge on Friday to dismiss a copyright suit by a woman who claims the makeover reality show "Plain Jane" ripped off her idea.
