Law360, Los Angeles (October 31, 2011, 3:15 PM ET) -- Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo LLP labor and employment attorney Benton L. Toups has joined the Wilmington, N.C., office of Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP as a partner, the corporate and civil defense litigation firm announced Monday.
“I’m really excited about the prospect of a career here,” Toups said Monday, adding that his wife Regan Summerlin Toups is also a partner at the firm, and his brother Jason Toups is an associate there. “It’s kind of a family affair at this point.”
