Banking Legislation And Regulation To Watch In 2012

Law360, New York (January 1, 2012, 12:00 AM EST) -- Though nearing its second birthday, the landmark Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act will continue to dominate discussions among both bankers and regulators in 2012, attorneys say.
