Jenner Can't Rep Cablevision In Verizon Suit, Judge Affirms

Law360, Los Angeles (November 02, 2011, 7:51 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Monday affirmed a magistrate judge’s order disqualifying Jenner & Block LLP from representing Cablevision Systems Corp. subsidiaries in a suit accusing a Verizon Communications Inc. unit of refusing to pay contractual and tariffed rates for network access.
