Law360, New York (November 01, 2011, 1:18 PM ET) -- Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. on Monday won summary judgment in a Georgia suit remanded from multidistrict litigation claiming the company failed to warn that its bone drugs Aredia and Zometa were linked to bone death in the jaw.
