Law360, New York (November 01, 2011, 6:19 PM ET) -- The American Antitrust Institute urged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Tuesday to dig deeper into a settlement Exelon Corp. and Constellation Energy Group Inc. have submitted as part of the agency's ongoing review of their proposed $7.9 billion merger.
