Law360, New York (November 01, 2011, 6:23 PM ET) -- News Corp. and DirecTV Group Inc. reached an agreement Monday that will keep Fox cable and broadcast channels on the satellite broadcaster's service, ending a contentious negotiating process and resolving a contract dispute just before a deadline expired.
