Law360, New York (November 02, 2011, 4:03 PM ET) -- Sandoz Inc. on Monday resolved claims brought by the state of Iowa and several New York counties in a multidistrict litigation accusing pharmaceutical companies of reporting inflated drug values to Medicaid programs.
U.S. District Judge Patti B. Saris signed off on orders dismissing the claims that Iowa, the city of New York and various other New York counties brought against Sandoz, after the parties informed the court they had reached settlements. The orders did not disclose the terms of the settlements.
