US Marshals Told To Seize Righthaven's Property

Law360, New York (November 2, 2011, 5:03 PM EDT) -- A federal court on Tuesday authorized the U.S. Marshals Service to seize personal property and assets of copyright holding company Righthaven LLC to satisfy a judgment of over $63,000 from a failed copyright suit, in the latest blow to a company struggling to remain afloat after several recent court losses.
