Viacom Struggles To Keep Two Time Warner Battles Apart

Law360, New York (November 02, 2011, 5:58 PM ET) -- Viacom International Inc. on Wednesday moved to prevent Time Warner Cable Inc. from introducing their state court dispute over programming content into Viacom’s federal court suit alleging Time Warner violated their distribution contracts by streaming Viacom's copyrighted content on iPads.
