Despite Setbacks, DRAM Plaintiffs Amend Complaint

Law360, New York (June 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A few weeks after a judge tossed most of the claims in an ongoing antitrust case against Dynamic Random Access Memory manufacturers, the indirect purchasers in the multidistrict litigation have amended their complaint.

Much of the complaint, filed on Thursday, is redacted due to privacy issues. However, Craig Corbitt of Zelle Hofmann Voelbel Mason & Gette LLP, a firm representing the plaintiffs, said that the complaint addressed issues that Judge Phyllis Hamilton raised when she dismissed the claims.
