Law360, New York (November 03, 2011, 2:03 PM ET) -- A U.S. Postal Service employee lost a bid Wednesday to dodge, on entrapment grounds, bribery charges in Michigan federal court over his role in a six-year kickback scheme involving $13 million in post office maintenance contracts.
In a brief order, U.S. District Judge Avern Cohn denied Denny Robinson's motion to dismiss the five counts of bribery and one count of conspiracy he was charged with in an indictment filed May 11.
