Intel Leads $35M Investment In 'T-Commerce' Platform

Law360, New York (November 3, 2011, 1:38 PM EDT) -- Intel Corp.’s investment arm led a group of venture capital firms that invested $35.5 million in Delivery Agent Inc. to further develop and popularize its digital commerce platform for television programming, Delivery Agent announced Thursday.

Intel Capital joined European venture capital firm Grazia Equity and cable operator Liberty Global Inc. in taking an equity stake in San Francisco-based Delivery Agent, which has now raised more than $107 million in roughly five investment rounds, according to Delivery Agent’s statement.
