Ex-Gateway Execs Seek New Trial In SEC Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (November 03, 2011, 2:46 PM ET) -- Two former Gateway Inc. executives found liable for sketchy accounting asked a California federal judge on Wednesday for a new trial, and the computer company's ex-CEO pushed for summary judgment, on claims brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
