BP Pays $50M To End Pollution Suit Over Refinery Blast

Law360, New York (November 3, 2011, 2:25 PM EDT) -- BP Products North America Inc. has agreed to pay $50 million to end a Texas suit over air pollution resulting from a lethal refinery explosion in 2005, the state's attorney general said Thursday.
