3rd NinjaVideo Co-Founder Cops Plea In Copyright Case

Law360, New York (November 3, 2011, 5:40 PM EDT) -- Another co-founder of NinjaVideo.net pled guilty in Virginia federal court Thursday to conspiracy to commit copyright infringement, joining a string of defendants who have admitted to criminal charges over the film and television downloading site.

Justin A. Dedemko, 28, of Brooklyn, N.Y., made his plea before U.S. District Judge Anthony J. Trenga, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. Dedemko, who was known by the screen name “Afr1ka,” also agreed to pay $58,004 in restitution, it said.
