8th Circ. Grants New Trial In $4M Ethanol Insurance Row

Law360, New York (November 03, 2011, 7:52 PM ET) -- The Eighth Circuit ordered a new trial Thursday in a $4 million dispute between KAAPA Ethanol LLC and its insurer, saying a lower court had given the jury incorrect instructions on whether KAAPA's insurance would cover a structural collapse at a Nebraska ethanol distillery.
