Law360, New York (November 03, 2011, 8:01 PM ET) -- The Center for Environmental Health sued Overstock.com Inc., Armani Exchange and other clothing retailers in California state court Wednesday alleging their products contain dangerous levels of lead.
The lead is found on some of the products' fabric and material, as well as vinyl or imitation leather, according to a complaint filed by the Oakland, Calif.-based environmental group. Some of the products' dies, paints, zippers and zipper pulls also contain lead, the complaint says.
