Law360, New York (November 07, 2011, 5:01 PM ET) -- Energy transactions attorney Douglas F. Pedigo has rejoined Thompson & Knight LLP as a partner in its corporate and securities practice group in Houston, the firm announced Thursday.
Pedigo was most recently a senior vice president at power generation company NRG Energy Inc., where he was responsible for about 350 employees and oversaw the company's relationship with 10 Louisiana electric cooperatives, as well as municipalities and cooperatives in neighboring states, according to NRG. He was a partner at Thompson & Knight from 2003 to 2010....
