Importers Fight Duties On Chinese Fiber Products

Law360, San Diego (November 4, 2011, 4:21 PM EDT) -- BMT Corp., Extreme International Inc. and others filed a complaint in the U.S. Court of International Trade on Thursday alleging that U.S. Customs and Border Protection improperly assessed anti-dumping duties on their imports of polyester stable fiber from China.
