Law360, New York (November 04, 2011, 5:06 PM ET) -- AT&T Inc. on Thursday expanded the timeline for its planned $39 billion purchase of T-Mobile USA Inc. by three months while it battles antitrust suits from the U.S. government and rivals Sprint Nextel Corp. and C Spire Wireless Inc.
