Law360, New York (November 4, 2011, 2:50 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge said Friday that he will allow the MF Global Holdings Ltd. liquidation trustee to interview executives and issue subpoenas in his potentially sweeping investigation of the scandal-plagued broker-dealer.
