Alleged Kidnapper Accuses 'Tabloid' Director Of Defamation

Law360, Los Angeles (November 04, 2011, 8:19 PM ET) -- The subject of the recently released documentary “Tabloid” sued Oscar-winning director Errol Morris on Wednesday, claiming he misappropriated her likeness and duped her into giving an interview for the film after falsely promising it would clear her name in a 1970s British tabloid scandal.
