Law360, New York (November 04, 2011, 10:07 PM ET) -- Drummond Co. Inc. and Peabody Energy Corp. ended a suit Friday in New York federal court accusing Peabody of luring its rival's employee in violation of a nondisclosure agreement between the two coal companies containing confidential information about Drummond's Colombian assets.
U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff approved a joint stipulation for dismissal of Drummond's complaint with prejudice, ending the breach of contract suit between the two mining companies.
