Airline Services Co. Head Gets 2 Years For Kickback Plot

Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 3:58 PM EST) -- The former owner of a Florida airline services company was sentenced Friday to two years in prison for taking part in a kickback scheme to defraud charter carrier Ryan International Airlines.

Robert A. Riddell pled guilty to wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire and honest services fraud in October. Besides the prison term, he was also ordered to pay $131,540 in restitution. Prosecutors did not identify Riddell's company.
