Law360, New York (November 04, 2011, 6:34 PM ET) -- A group of insurers does not have to cover Qwest Communications International Inc.'s legal costs in a $50 million case brought against the company and others over dishonest conduct by two former Qwest employees, a Colorado federal judge ruled Friday.
