Moses & Singer Can't Dodge Tech Co.'s Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (November 07, 2011, 5:03 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday rejected Moses & Singer LLP's request to dismiss E-Pass Technologies Inc.'s lawsuit accusing the law firm of costing the company millions of dollars in fees by launching frivolous patent infringement actions against Visa Inc., Microsoft Corp. and others.
