Law360, New York (November 07, 2011, 12:35 PM ET) -- Fox News Network LLC on Friday resolved a photographer's claims that her copyrighted image of activist and fugitive Assata Shakur was used without authorization during political commentator Bill O'Reilly's widely publicized interview with comedian Jon Stewart.
U.S. District Judge Richard J. Holwell signed off on an order of voluntary dismissal after Fox News and photographer Delphine Fawundu Buford informed the New York federal court that they had reached a settlement. The order did not disclose the terms of the deal.
