CFTC Says Silver Market Probe Still Going Strong

Law360, New York (November 07, 2011, 3:51 PM ET) -- The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission said Friday that it was continuing a probe into the possibility of unlawful acts in silver markets, with investigators having already reviewed more than 100,000 documents and interviewed a slew of witnesses in an investigation that has spawned several antitrust class actions against banks.
