FDA's Graphic Cigarette Warning Labels Blocked

Law360, New York (November 7, 2011, 5:21 PM EST) -- A Washington federal judge on Monday blocked a federal rule mandating graphic warnings covering half of every cigarette package, ruling that R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and other manufacturers are likely to win a First Amendment challenge to the labels.
