Canadian Solar Co. Opposes US Duties On Chinese Imports

Law360, New York (November 7, 2011, 5:24 PM EST) -- A major Canadian solar panel manufacturer on Monday urged the U.S. not to impose dumping duties on Chinese-made imports, saying the U.S. companies seeking the tariffs had exaggerated in their recent petition.

Canadian Solar Inc., an Ontario-based solar panel company with manufacturing units in China, criticized the Oct. 19 petition from the Coalition for American Solar Manufacturing as "exaggerated and without merit."
