Law360, New York (November 07, 2011, 6:37 PM ET) -- International Paper Co. and a Georgia-Pacific LLC unit lodged a suit Friday against a consumer packaging company, claiming it should help pay for the cleanup of a New Jersey Superfund site under a 40-year-old spin-off agreement.
