Law360, New York (November 07, 2011, 8:41 PM ET) -- Barnes & Noble Inc. on Monday was the latest company to settle over claims that it infringed an online sales automation patent owned by SFA Systems LLC, more than two years after the original suit was launched.
No details of the settlement were released, but the two parties asked a Texas federal court in Monday's motion to dismiss all the claims with prejudice and declare all the counterclaims moot in light of a settlement agreement they came to in late October.
