Law360, New York (November 08, 2011, 1:27 PM ET) -- A California federal judge refused Monday to let Toshiba Corp. out of a multidistrict price-fixing litigation over liquid crystal display panels, rejecting the company's claims that there was no evidence tying the electronics maker and several subsidiaries to the alleged plot.
