Court Rejects Deal To End $2B Enmex, Tesoro Contract Row

Law360, Los Angeles (November 8, 2011, 5:00 PM EST) -- A California commissioner on Tuesday rejected Enmex Corp. and Tesoro Refining & Marketing Co.'s proposed settlement of their $2 billion dispute over fuel transport contracts amid concerns that the deal may not protect the interests of creditors that have won multimillion-dollar judgments against Enmex.
