Ex-Motorola Engineer Took Nonpublic Info: Witness

Law360, Chicago (November 08, 2011, 7:20 PM ET) -- Documents that a former Motorola Inc. employee attempted to bring on a one-way flight to China did contain generally nonpublic information about the company's proprietary cellular technology, a current Motorola engineer testified Tuesday at the ex-worker's trade secrets bench trial in Illinois.
