Law360, New York (November 09, 2011, 2:37 PM ET) -- The state of South Carolina on Tuesday asked a court to let it join Illinois and Washington state in opposing a settlement with Epson Imaging Devices Corp. that would prevent the states' liquid crystal display purchasers from seeking further damages in the long-running multidistrict price-fixing litigation.
