6 Sens. Call For Quick FDA Cigarette Label Appeal

Law360, Washington (November 09, 2011, 3:08 PM ET) -- Six U.S. senators asked the federal government Wednesday to immediately appeal a Washington federal court's injunction against the rollout of new U.S. Food and Drug Administration cigarette label health warnings, saying the injunction will hurt the cause of public health.
