CORRECTED: Special Master Favors Cabot In Medical Info Row

Law360, New York (November 09, 2011, 8:34 PM ET) -- A special master ruled last week that a group of Pennsylvania residents should fork over their medical records to Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. if they want to pursue medical monitoring claims in a suit over the alleged pollution of groundwater wells.

Special Master Jennifer Walsh Clark of Ufberg Sileo LLP on Oct. 31 rejected a bid by 38 of the 62 plaintiffs — those bringing claims for medical monitoring but not personal injury — to bar Cabot from obtaining the medical information it was seeking....
