J&J Wants Rivals' Marketing Data In Omnicare FCA Row

Law360, Washington (November 10, 2011, 2:58 PM ET) -- Johnson & Johnson on Wednesday demanded to see documents on other pharmaceutical makers' marketing practices that are allegedly relevant to two whistleblower actions brought by Omnicare Inc. employees claiming J&J paid tens of millions of dollars in kickbacks to Omnicare that resulted in false Medicaid claims.
