Law360, New York (November 09, 2011, 6:36 PM ET) -- International law firm Baker & McKenzie LLP has signed a 15-year lease deal for 106,000 square feet of the dazzling, newly rehabbed Manhattan office tower designed as the global headquarters of HSBC Bank USA, the firm said Tuesday.
The firm will move from its current offices, just around the block on 42nd Street, into six full floors and one partial floor of 452 Fifth Ave., the 30-floor skyscraper whose illuminated glass lobby facing the New York City Public Library is part of a $22 million renovation....
