Rutter Hobbs Can't Duck $10M Malpractice Verdict

Law360, Los Angeles (November 10, 2011, 6:17 PM ET) -- A California judge on Thursday refused to vacate a $10 million malpractice verdict against Rutter Hobbs & Davidoff Inc. and a retired attorney over errors in a separation agreement between the firm’s former client and a real estate company, but did grant a new trial for a second attorney.
